  1. Two meals a day you can't starve. People in war zones with no food probably may starve yes . World record water fast no food some supplements 380 plus day's. The more you are over wt. the longer you can fast because of your over eating for years. Fat storage from 2 years ago you haven't used yet as fuel. 2 whole foods plant based high fiber nutritionally dence meals is plenty of food. Eat as much as you want the 2 meals whole foods not junk poison cravings not even food. Simple as that. Listen to Joel Furman he knows what he's talking about. Results count. It may not be easy but it's simple .

  3. Is it okay to continue on 16/8 intermittent fasting for long term or lifelong without any bad effects on our body
