  1. wait so, this is what i’ve been thinking calorie deficit is, i thought it was (example: eat 1900 kcal per day and burn over 1900 per day)

  2. i think people also need to track accurately and actually count every calorie. be honest. you are only cheating yourself and u could be off 200-300 calories per day
