  2. Guys , I will share my weightloss journey with you. I was on a on job training for two years moving among Maharashtra, up and Bangalore wasn't possible for me to cook. I ordered too much food from Zomato. I gained 13 kgs in 2years.
    Starting December 2021 , I have started dieting. It is not an extreme diet. It includes oil, sugar and salt as usual. But From December to January 13 , I have lost 3 kgs weight in 44 days. I have low blood pressure problem, so it wasn't possible for me to go on an extreme diet without salt and sugar. I just switched from junk food to home cooked food and reduced the intake. I didn't starve myself but i ate small portions more number of time.
    In the early two weeks , i was eating roti tadka for breakfast,luch and dinner. Each time I ate 2 to 1 rotis. And in between i was eating a salad made of cucumber, grapes,apples.in the morning i used to drink lemon tea.
    After these two weeks, i switched to whole grain bread. I used to eat while grain bread with Kabuli chana for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Each time I ate 2 to 1.5 bread. I excluded fruits this time. On some days i ate egg in place of chana. And on some Sunday's i make chicken kasha. On some days i replaced bread with oats. Sometimes i replaced chana with pumpkin and palak sabji. And now i am drinking lemon tea once in the morning and once before bedtime. For lemon tea , in one cup of water ,i out 1 tea spoon sugar, tea leaves. Then i drain it in a cup. Mix juice of half a lemon, pinch of black salt and black pepper. I take it with two biscuits.
    Throughout this 44 days , i ate rice only thrice and junk food only twice. I drank a lot of water. Whenever i feel hungry in between, i eat 1 or 2 biscuits, or handful of puffed rice. I always have good sleep. I haven't done any exercise till now. But wish to.
    I am continuing with this diet. Will let you know any further development.
    I was motivated to loose weight from Dr Shikha's videos. The wonderful transformation videos she shares really motivated me to start my journey.
