  3. Do you still stay in a calorie deficit on a day that you have not worked out? Or you are not sure how many calories you actually burn since the Fitbit or Apple Watch is not accurate?

    Well that worked! The past few days deciding if I should continue the (800 to 1000) calorie diet for another year. Today was my 8 year anniversary. Ive been beating myself up that I failed and didn't get to my goal yet another year. But this plan owned me. As long as I could find the money for the product each month. I was in the game. Ive lost my marbles these past few days. But i keep watching your videos. So simple i just need to get moving. 60 days you say? Just gonna try and let "i just need to lose weight fast" idea go for good.

  6. I never though I could lose weight eating 1800 calories a day but that’s what your calculator said I committed to do it 90 days. I started Feb 3 it’s may 10 I’m down 29lbs!!! Thank you so much Jordan!!!
