  4. Hi Kayla, I'm enjoying your videos, however I read that tomatoes are a 'inflammatory' as they belong to the 'nightshade' family. What would you use to substitute the tomatoes in your soup? 🙂

  6. Oh my gosh. I made the roasted cauliflower soup and it was one of the most delicious soups I've ever had. You should seriously get some kind of award for this soup.
    Some changes I made:
    1. After adding the cubed squash, I gave it a few pulses with an emersion blender to make a little more creamy, then added the cauliflower.
    2. I used an already opened box of veggie broth I had in the fridge that only had 3 cups left, so I added a cup of Silk Coconut milk (unsweetened). I think it helped make it more creamy.
    3. Instead of chicken (I'm pescatarian so won't eat chicken), I cubed up some tofu and lightly pan fried a few of the sides, added some garlic powder and onion powder and let it fry a few more minutes. This I added last to the pot.

    This soup is an absolute winner. Will be making this often. Thank you so much for this recipe!
    I mix and match recipes from all your videos so I will be making the salmon and purple slaw next week!

  7. Cannot wait to try the soup!! I have a quesiton about the berries- since they have been rinsed first, do you find they still keep for 5 days in the fridge? I find my berries go bad so fast after rinsing

  8. The only thing I don't like is when I try to download and print the recipes, I get a lot of distracting advertisements. It gets a little frustrating 😒 😑
