Are you a rice lover?
If you want to lose weight, the most common advice you tend to hear is to ditch rice totally because eating RICE CAN MAKE YOU FAT! Is rice really the culprit? Does rice really deserve the bad rap it has been getting?

Personally, I used to be “afraid” of rice, but after getting to know better its benefits and purpose, now, I eat rice every single day. And if you have seen my transformation, rice has helped with my energy level, improved my workouts and even reduce my body fat.

I’m sure you’re watching this video and wonder how can I include rice into my diet and lose weight. If you are a rice lover and don’t want to give up on rice while losing weight, watch this video and learn how you can do it!

1) Practice Portion Control

Sustainable weight loss is a combination of regular exercise and a healthy diet. You don’t have to give up your favourite or staple foods like rice while you’re trying to lose weight!

  1. I'm from Bangladesh. As a Bangladeshi we cann't think our meal without rice so it quite impossible to complete our meal without rice

  2. If i eat too much rice 🍚 & later i do 30 minutes of exercice is that effect on my weight loss ( not alws sometime can’t control my self for eating too much rich )

  3. I've dropped bread from my diet and started eating white rice…are you able to recommend any brands that are considered clean and low on toxins etc?

  4. Why.? +. I know why ..? ++?? . In the WEST .. Fast food Burgers are everywhere and there greasy & fat..
    . Full of everything that CAUSES heart attacks dementia and strokes the grease CLOGS the ARTERIES
    . but .. The reason WHY is.. MONEY … Fast food grease joints MAKE $$$$BILLIONS😳 EVERY😳 YEAR .😳.. SO.. . Selling greasy burgers .. Makes them RICH and RICE .. Is NOT a BIG MONEY MAKER so rice GETS the propaganda..
    . BULL.. SH .. ttt..
    .. Its Liberal propaganda again and again and AGAIN ..

  5. How many grams is the issue. that small cup, would that be around 150 gm of cooked rice?

    PS. I know you measure rice/food before cooking.
