Recipe 1: Fenugreek Seeds Water
1 teaspoon Fenugreek (Methi) Seeds
100 ml Water

Recipe 2: Tomato Juice
4-5 Tomatoes, ripe
2-1/4 cups Water
Ice cold Water
1/4 teaspoon Pepper Powder
1/4 teaspoon Salt

Recipe 3: Dalia Upma
1 teaspoon Oil
1/4 teaspoon Mustard Seeds
1/4 teaspooon Urad Dal
Curry Leaves
2 Green Chillies, finely chopped
1 teaspoon Ginger, finely chopped
1/4 cup Carrot, diced
1/4 cup Capsicum, finely chopped
1/4 cup Beans, finely Chopped
1/4 cup Tomato, finely chopped
1/2 cup Dalia (Broken Wheat), roasted
10 Cashew Nuts, roasted
1-1/2 cup Water
1/4 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
Salt, to taste
Coriander Leaves

Recipe 4: Garlic Vegetable Soup
1 teaspoon Oil
1/8 cup Onion, finely chopped
1 teaspoon Garlic, finely chopped
2 tablespoon Baby Corn
2 tablespoon Green Peas
2 tablespoon Carrot
2 tablespoon Asparagus
3/4 cup Milk
3/4 cup Water, hot
Salt, to taste
1/8 teaspoon Pepper Powder
1 tablespoon Oats

Recipe 5: Moong Dal Rice
1 teaspoon Olive oil
1 tablespoon Garlic, chopped
1/4 cup Onion, chopped
Salt, to taste
1/4 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
1/2 teaspoon Chilli Powder
1/4 cup Moong Dal, sprouted
1/2 cup Brown Rice
1 cup Water
Coriander Leaves

Recipe 6: Chana Sundal
1/2 cup Chana
Salt, to taste
1 teaspoon Oil
1/2 teaspoon Mustard Seeds
1 teaspoon Urad Dal
2 Red Chillies
1/2 teaspoon Asafoetida
Curry Leaves
2 tablespoon Coconut, grated

Recipe 7: Methi Thepla
2 cups Wheat Flour
1 tablespoon Besan (Gram Flour)
1/4 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
1 teaspoon Chilli Powder
Salt, to taste
1 tablespoon White Thil
1/4 teaspoon Carom Seeds (Ajwain)
1/4 teaspoon Jeera Seeds
1 teaspoon Green Chilli & Garlic, crushed
1-1/2 cups Methi (Fenugreek Leaves)
1 teaspoon Oil
