Smoothie Bowl Recipe

1/2 cup frozen berries
4 scoops Pea Protein (I use this one: http://amzn.to/2rVYpkx)
1 tsp maca powder (this one: http://amzn.to/2sE17ZA)
1 tsp acai powder (this one: http://amzn.to/2sDXeUR)
1 tsp chia seeds (Trader Joes)
1 scoop green powder (this one: http://amzn.to/2sgshZh)
1/2 banana (optional)
Almond milk to mix (unsweetened)
Ice cubes to thicken

  1. Do you focus on calories? I am small like you but a little more muscular and all of these tools that give me macros, I feel like the calories are not sufficient. Should I just keep eating if I'm hungry? Only two weeks in on keto so I'm still learning
