  1. Yes to all of this!! I started doing affirmations, journaling, and meditation last year, and I quit my job in January without another one lined up to chase my dream. I knew I could never have a positive mindset there. Now I’m writing professionally, a dream I’ve had since I was kid, and I’m making more than before! I recently joined WW, I hadn’t realized points were more than calories until your video, and I’m down 9 pounds! Thank you so much for your videos, I look forward to them and find them so inspiring. You and your husband are so funny!

  2. I LOVE your insight! I'm not in the same season of life as you … I'm retired, but you inspire me. I've been on and off with WW for many years. I love the blue plan. Your snack and two-point ideas are great. I've been wanting to journal for a while and I'm going to try this gratitude and manifest idea. Keep up the great inspiration!

  5. Hi Nikki. About an hour ago, I emailed my best friend about the depressive state I was in. I felt rudderless. I was really down. I watched this video and again you have lifted me out of the fog.
