  1. I highly recommend to anyone if your going to eat white rice, get basmati. I like the royal brand because the burlap sack it comes in is something I save, and it looks cook, good rice though

  3. Yes I can attest to this! In 2014 I took a blood type test and found that I am AB negative and the best diet for me was a vegan diet. Decided to try for 6 weeks along with my workout sessions of 4-5 days/week at the gym (cardio mostly and weights for about 30 minutes) Went raw the first week and felt incredible and noticed that I loved how I didn't have to count calories which I HATE. Second week I started my HCLF/gluten free cooked/raw mixed vegan and with recipes of "normal" foods I loved and I was hooked! In 6 weeks I was down 20 lbs, looked INCREDIBLE and felt even better. Only needed about 4 hours of sleep a night and energy I could give the whole neighborhood. I always say that there are 8 billion people on earth, no 1 thing works for everyone (hubs, being blood type O, does very well on a meat-eating warrier's diet) but this did wonders for me. Give it a try!

  4. Did exercise play any part? However you didn't it's fantastic because 70 pounds in 12 to 14 months is very healthy

  5. I find it so ironic how I actually gained weight eating like this just because the food was sooo good I couldn’t stop eating it 😅 eventually it balanced out though

  6. Oxalates, lectins and plant produced pesticides are killing you. Any one can lose weight by eliminating an entire food group.
