  1. Sorry for being dumb for your explanation. So… If I need to cut 500 cal per day, how to do it? By doing workout only? By cut my meal? Or both? Because I was using a calories counter, but I can't eat as much as my TDEE (but still can't lose my fat) 😭😭😭😭

  2. So if my BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate):
    1589 kcal

    TDEE (Total Daily Energy Expenditure):
    2185 kcal

    weight loss 1 lb / week – 1685 kcal (I should have eaten around this amount of calories per day to lose weight?)

    Whatever she is saying I am doing the same.I am watching my calories and I am enjoying the food I like specially on weekends I’m just giving myself one day on the weekend maybe Saturday or Sunday and I’m just working out 5 to 6 days a week and I so far I have lost 20 KG almost I was 93.7 after having my baby and now I am 74.3 so almost 20 KG and I am so so happy and I am just working out only with Jo so far.

  5. Loved this video!!!! I learned a lot and I love the fact that you tell people to take their time. I do believe it’s all about consistency.

    I started your workouts months ago but stopped and just got back to it. I’m on day 3 (picked random videos) and let me tell you ….. the soreness hit me so hard this morning. I almost didn’t complete today (day 3), but I pushed through! I’m actually looking forward to tomorrow’s workout.

  6. Ive been trying to eat 1,200 calories everyday sometimes i hit the 1,400. Ive been exercising everyday for 45 to 60 minutes but i dont think im seeing any changes. i should be losing because my amount to lose one pound is 1.658. im confused lol

  7. I see you wear a clip on device in some of your videos is that some sort of pedometer? And if so what brand is it?

  8. I was doing so good doing your workouts. Since april i havent done one workout. I lost my dad april 19 and since then i havent got no motivation to get started. Idk what to do zo gwt motivated again.
