  1. What if you leave the plan? Will you gain back? And are you on day onthousend are still loosing or, are you now maintaining?

  2. I really want to try carb cycling so I've been doing a lot of research. Almost everything I read says that high carb days are usually anywhere from 100-250 grams depending on your own personal current weight. Maybe this is only if you plan on intense exercises? Just curious how a high carb day is only 45 grams for you.

  3. Thank you for the info and I‘m glad that this works for you, and I didn’t have many doubts about it… you are alternating keto days (25 net carbs g) to very low carb days (45 net carbs g). The problem, at least for me, Italian 😂, is to find a way to introduce a dish of pasta or a pizza once in a while…

  4. This was so helpful! I have a quick question, how do you determine how much protein to eat? Are you doing .75 per pound?

  5. Can I ask please, why net instead of total carbs? I loss 135 lbs last year only counting total carbs. I found total alot easier instead of constantly doing the math. Would counting net carbs help the maintenance process, that Iam now having a problem with now and why? Thank You.🙂
