Eating 1200 calories consistently everyday to lose weight can be difficult and that’s because it depends on the foods we consume. Most people starve themselves which is never a good solution towards weight loss.

In this 1200 calorie meal plan, I show and explain how to consume foods that will keep you full throughout the day.

Meals have been split into five.

Consuming 1200 calories a day to lose weight can be easy if it is planned and set before executing. So in this video, we do the following:

Majority of our calories will be coming from (in order):
1. Healthy Fats
2. Proteins
3. Fiber

We will be focusing on foods that have high healthy essential fatty acids because your body will take a long time digesting them therefore keeping you full longer. Then we will focus on proteins where meats, since they are tough, will take some time to digest as well. Last but not least, fiber! Fiber tends to keep you feeling full so in the 1200 calorie meal plan, we will be having foods that have good amounts of fiber! Remember, our goal is keep full longer during the day so we don’t binge eat thus we can hit our 1200 calorie goal!

  2. Good suggestions but how can this be enough for a man? Men and women have different caloric needs, and I'm a little hungry at 1200 calories.

  3. I love the breakfast and dinner, but is the greek yoghurt supposed to be lunch? Or is there no dinner, just toast and 16 almonds? I´d be super hungry before going to bed.
