  4. I like your personality and think your video was well produced, however I completely disagree about limiting fats and salt. I recommend two books to anyone who is interested in the subjects:
    1. The big fat surprise
    2. The salt Fix

    Also five meals a day is a huge mistake, I only eat once a day and Iโ€™m not even hungry then but twice or even three times a day is not bad but no snacks. If youโ€™re interested and read a book about intermittent fasting look at Dr. Jason fongs book: The complete guide to fasting.
