  1. This sounds like a cool diet plan. Buh I must say you are like goddess to me. After being obese for a very long time in my life, I finally though of getting fit. For 45 days I tried your summer diet plan (last year’s plan) and I lost as much as 10-11 kgs. Thank you so much.

  2. Personally i wouldent make my oatmeal like that. I just take 1/2 cup of oats and two tablespoons of ciaseeds and a cup of water and a teaspoon cinnamon without blending

  3. Umm…I'm no scientist but to lose 1 kg of fat per day, wouldn't a daily calorie deficit of 7700 kcal be needed? That's the equivalent of 7.7 hours of running in addition to the maintenance calories. My point is, I seriously doubt that it is possible for your average person to healthily lose 1 kg per day.

  5. I followed this religiously for 10 days and did everything 100% like she said but added more exercise in my routine and lost 3.6 kg… I was hoping for more but I’m really happy. And will do her egg diet next Łet’š see what happens…

  6. If anyone hates the taste of green tea or matcha you can just add the powder to the oatmeal and it will taste good, i saw her do this in another weight loss video…as for drinking the tea itself i have found that loose leaf green tea tastes WAY better than those commercial sachets.
