  1. Hey there, I,still can’t seem to wrap my mind around Keto meals. Even Mayo for example, it’s so high in calories. I just need to really dig deeper and do my research.

  2. The fat calculator you have their told me I need 0g of fat 😑. Also, how do I write in my height if it doesn't allow me to use the inch symbol. I'm 5'1

  3. Why do you always have higher protein than fat. when I put my macros into the calculator they always have higher fat than protein?

  4. EVERYTHING I have read about keto, everything except this and from actual doctors- Jason Fung and Carl Berg to name 2- states that the ratio fats/protein/ carbs needs to be 70% fats, 20% protein 10% carbs. How do you get your number?

  5. Need some plans for average males … 1800 calories and 2100 calories.

    My target is 2385 calories. 139g P / 30g C (total – 20g Net) / 190g F
