  1. Pehle bhi mene exercise kadke ek month me 10 kg weight lose kiya tha.. mene multiple time weight lose kiya he heavy exercise kadke. But exercise chor te hi wapis weight gain ho jata he… mai diet utna maintain nehi kadta hu, exercise pe jada focus kadta hu.. but abhi phir se weight gain ho geya he, lekin kisi wajah se exercise kadna mana he. Only diet pe focus kadna padega abhi.. soch raha hu only vegetables aur fruits lunga… 10 kg target he. any suggestion?
