  1. Your carbs shouldn't be higher than your protein which is essential to the weight loss. i don't think this is a good plan. Also the amount of rice that you cooked was alot more than the carbs you showed.

  2. Awesome video yaar. Can you please put up more recipes for 1,500 calories. Different variations will be great. I have tried these and love them.

  3. make one for vegetarians peeople. please suggest more than just a tofu recipe and avoid soya neuttery(due to Harmon changes it does after longer consumption)
