  1. I'm really enjoying your channel. Something I'm struggling with though is that little voice in my head that's telling me I'm not going to end up sticking with it. And I think largely it's that I tend to get on kicks where I suddenly buy all these fresh veggies and end up not using over half of them and they just go bad. I think it's probably a convenience thing, given that I always sort of feel like I'm on the go. Do you have any tips for making quick food on the go? Also wondering what your feeling is on freezing vegetables after you prep/cut them… Does that get rid of all the nutrients? I just want to make sure I eat the food that I prep so that I'm not wasting it.

  5. This looks delicious. I want to eat this way! My husband would def so it with me but trying to get my kids (6 year olds) to try new flavours is hard. I end up making two meals every dinner time and that's what stops me from enjoying cooking again. Any tips for helping kids to eat this way? I want our family to eat the same meal.

  6. I find that boiling them makes them super sticky lol
    I just poor hot water over them in a strainer and it works great for me.

  7. I love your videos!!! Very helpful for a vegan who wants to lose weight. But one thing I notice is your meals are not high in protein. Mainly veggies and some carbs. Is there a reason you don’t add tofu or tempeh and other high protein plant based options often?
