  4. Thank you so much for the video, I just started the 4×4 today. I just have one question that I can’t find the answer too. Is each meal a total of 4 servings? I just assumed that’s what it was so I’m doing 2 servings of veggies, 1 of protein, and 1 of healthy starch. I guess my main concern is that it’s too much food. If anyone could let me know I would appreciate it so much.

  6. FYI: Ezekiel bread doesn't hold up to the toaster well, it comes out like a crouton…or melba toast. Dave's Killer bread( green label) is a much better option for sandwich eaters.
