I recently convinced my dad to go vegan to help clear up a lot of his health issues and in just 4 months he’ll lost close to 40 pounds. The vegan diet plan is perfect for weight loss and it’s healthy! What a perfect combination.

  2. Full blown meat eater here.. looking to learn some vegan recipes and convert. I donate the average persons salary to animal rescues yearly so it doesn’t make sense that I’m eating them too lol thanks for the tips this should be fun but challenging.

  3. I heard some guy lost 12kg in just one month by following diet plan from Agoge Diet so I tried that too. Although I didn't lose that much, I could say this thing really works and it's definitely worth trying
