  1. For those asking about freezing the meals, you can freeze the egg muffins, chicken, salmon, creamed spinach, and even the vegetables for the burrito bowl. Just make sure you defrost it before reheating.

  2. What type of bag was that to squeeze the spinach? I’m having a hard time understanding what word you used and I also have never heard of it. Please help

  3. What can i sub in for the sweet potato wedges and the salmon? I really want to try this meal prep but those two foods i just can't eat.

  4. Newbie here and so excited to have found your channel! I am on an Own My Journey, Journey Body, Mind and Spirit and your channel is amazing inspiration for my Body journey! The one thing that I would love to see in meal prep videos, might seem silly, but it’s reheating instructions for the three meals! I have tried meal prep but can sometimes ruin it when reheating! Especially the breakfast, or meals with cream sauces and fish. Can you help with that?

  7. I found the pdf but as I'm looking at the nutritional information some seem very very fattening? Like the spinach, chicken one it says 41 grams of fat?
