    4)  Multani mitti soap instead of fully chemical soap & ayurvedic tooth powder instead of chemical based tooth paste is a better step for better health.( pls do not fall for natural ingredients in chemical toothpaste.)

    5)  Avoid using leather products. Stop contributing  to the system of animal violence.

    6)  Start growing green vegetables/ micro greens organically at your windows  / balcony / terrace.

    7)  Open your eyes & ears. Get rid of fear. Do not deprive your self &  your children of the god gifted oxygen. The oxygen is oil for brain functioning. Definitely you do not want any immunity, fertility & nerve related issue for yourself & your children in future due to lack of oxygen during growth period.

    8)  The Best New Year Gift for the peace of mind.

    Take care of your child's psychology as its very detrimental when fear is infused at young age. Fear affects their life at all stages in many ways we can"t even imagine. Please understand the propaganda of mind programming. Do not allow them to watch the useless & terrifying  things.

    10)  Just watch the movies in  today's time. Then "THINK". Is this what you want to serve your children. Take the things in your own hands & keep your children continuously engaged in some or the other productive/ skill enhancing activity, FAR FAR AWAY FROM MIND PROGRAMMER TV. CAPITALISE ON THE CRUCIAL GROWTH PERIOD     OF YOUR CHILDREN. DO NOT LET IT GO WASTE.

    WE ARE / BECOME WHAT WE EAT / SEE.

    ENOUGH OF ENSLAVEMENT.
