Have you ever thought of being a raw vegan? Will it change your life?

Well, Raw Chef Yin will share her journey of her transformation. Her mission is to change the perception that raw vegan food is tasteless, too green and totally unappetising. She wants the world to know that raw food can and should be mouth-wateringly scrumptious and delightfully appealing.

Maybe traditional chinese medicine isn't the solution for some diseases but in the way it deals with the body and soul as a holistic unity and how it considers every illness as a breakdown in the inner balance which has to be restored (instead of the mentality of modern western medicine to wage war against invisible microbes using chemicals) it approaches a lot to natural medicine (and thus indirectly with vegetarism, veganism, crudivorism, etc…). In fact I'd venture to say that traditional chinese medicine has influenced, in some way, natural medicine; or at least there's some connection.
    By the way, being crudivegan, What Will I do without the delicious fried spring rolls? 😭 I will miss them very much.
