  1. 💥PLEASE READ – This doesn’t mean you need to quit keto. Not at all. This is about training your body to be metabolically flexible and be good at using both fuels. Isn’t that the goal? The goal is to be an efficient machine that is optimized for everything, especially in a performance setting and also for longevity. So the question people ask “but I never plan to eat carbs again, so why should I care if I feel like crud when I eat them?” Valid question- but remember this VERY KEY thing: our bodies are always running on glucose too. We always manufacture glucose from other substrates. So by occasionally making it so that your body is GOOD as using glucose by OCCASIONALLY having responsible amounts of carbs (RESPONSIBLE), you are effectively conditioning your cells to be better at switching between fats and carbs as a fuel source EVEN when on keto and not eating carbs. This is so important because we don’t want to be a one trick pony, we want to be able to use both fuels and optimize for both so that the cells can uptake glucose when they need to, but also reap the benefits of ketones when they need to. Are you doing keto because you want a badge that says you’re not eating carbs, or do you want to have the best of both worlds which sometimes means that you check the ego at the door? I know it’s a tough pill to swallow sometimes, but the point here is not to say you “MUST GO OFF KETO,” it’s to provide a solution to those that want to do this for a long, long time and reap benefits across various playing fields. ❤️✌🏼

  2. How about just do carbs on holidays like Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, and special occasions only, otherwise remain keto. 🙂 Much more simple!

  3. I went off keto after about 7 weeks. I was having a tough time with bloating on keto. I have been eating a large berry/ spinach smoothie every day and I feel hydrated again. That’s what I need to work on when I get back on keto- I find it hard to have such a slow digestive track.

  5. i do fasting for 48h and then have a meal with carbs, protein and good fats and fasting again 48h …
    is this cyclical keto?

  6. Sounds like possibly to eat foods in their season. Meaning eat what nature. Gives you when it’s ripe for eating on the vine.
    Also you get more power from eating your fruits and vegetables raw. They are so delicate to heat unlike meat that takes much more reheat to cook out your nutrients that makes them all go up in the air into a dioxide gas and nutrients are lost. That’s why vegetarians that eat cooked or processed foods stink to high hell and their nerves are shot to and they are very touchy on whatever topics they hate in the world add want to kill you lol. Also cooking kills enzymes that greatly benefits gut health and ultimate digestion as well as keeping acid and alkalines perfectly in balance. That’s why the Bible’s only big warning in the Old Testament is never eat foods sacrificed known then as cooked foods called burnt food offerings. Something the church and all food and medical industry does not want us to ever know. It’s the fountain of youth and way beyond that even. It makes you have a miraculous life beyond what you’d believe if I told you so I’m not even opening that door here. Just try it and see for yourself because seeing is the only way to know the truth.
    Even better is don’t do chemistry with food and then therefore the body. I found eating only one food raw mono without mixing anything with it food wise or drink wise is the most powerful way that will ever be found. That’s why the Bible in the book of revelations says the entire world will be deceived by phamakia “chemistry”. To be the ultimate alchemist is to know that the chemistry is perfect in the foods when you pick it and eat plant to hand to mouth like all nature does. The truth is hidden in plain sight. Take it or leave it. I found the truth of ultimate body and life all around by looking at the original way of creation science call it hiding all around me. Just plain common sense logic without complicated thinking.

This is all well and good but the minute I start having 'healthy carbs' I start obsessing with eating/snacking and feel so hungry then comes the horrible mind fog… When I did my weekly dirty cheat I would a struggle the next day but then back to normal the third day and I lost loads of weight and did not feel tired or mind foggy. For me, a cheat every 6-10 days (with IF for the cheat day) works so much better.

    The only thing I can think of that i do wrong is when I add carbs back in I struggle to reduce the fat and I can't IF when on carbs.
