How can an average person start to lose weight realistically? The Truth is weight loss is a complex topic. I have had several other attempts to lose weight, but none seemed to last long term. I needed to find a weight loss plan that was a good long term plan I could fit into my life, and I could stick with. The ways I lost weight is not only sustainable, it’s very easy to stick with.   1. I've watched several of your videos and done some of the same things you've done. My results nearly mirror yours. Just goes to show how much more people are alike rather than different. Maybe it just takes watching you do it first!

  2. This video really made me laugh! Very inspiring too. I just got a fitbit and I must say that although I am used to counting calories, seeing how active I am and how many calories I burn VS how many I consume really helps to come to an understanding about the lifestyle changes necessary to lose weight. Similarly to you, I'm trying to walk more, drink more water and less pop, and focus on creating a calorie deficit through activity and reducing calorie intake. I really enjoy the other features too, such as monitoring my sleep (with three little ones 6 and under, it's a good thing to be mindful of) as well as the period tracking. It does influence how I feel and my energy levels so it helps to be aware of these things! Thanks for sharing!

  3. I've been doing the same thing since January myself been eating 1800 calories a day and walking 4 miles or 10k steps I have lost 51 pounds so far, and all the little changes makes the difference
