  1. I am vegetarian i need 120g of protein😭it’s so harddddddd, my glutes and abs muscles won’t show even when i exercise for 1-3h each time in the gym

  2. You really put 4 scoops of protein powder on a smoothie and ate a whole bag of fake meat and called that a vegan diet.

  3. Didn’t really want to watch the guy eating, wanted to show how to make vegan meals and then for the video to end

  4. My Italian grandmother rolled over in her grave when you broke the pasta! As far as the ground "meat" you have to season (garlic powder, onion, salt, pepper) it the way you would ground beef and then cook it down in your sauce.

  5. Love it but wish instead of canned beans you could actually use real beans and chickpeas.
    Any Indian grocery store near you will have raw beans and they are cheap.
    You could also buy them online.
    However great video and vegan life isn’t easy but the most important part of our healthy lifestyle.

  6. 13:30 my ass would be like a fucking tuba if I ate that. I love beans and try to eat them as much as I can but no matter how gradually I introduce them, no matter how long I soak or cook them, no matter what i add to them, they give me epic stanky farts
