Savory Oats

🍚 VEGGIE FRIED RICE – https://highcarbhannah.co/recipes/vegetable-fried-rice/

1/2 cup raw cashews
1/4 cup water
juice 1/2 lemon
1 tsp tomato paste
1 tsp garlic & onion powder
1/4 tsp smoked paprika
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sriracha
Blend all ingredients until smooth and serve over fried rice

  1. depending on where your brown rice is from it could contein heavy metals, so I personally would not eat brown rice too often or really check if it is from those contaminated areas

  6. OK! So I was super dubious about the savory oats, I made them this morning just to see… amazing. So super surprised. I used some frozen veggies I had in the freezer and even dug out the riced cauliflower. This will 100% be a new morning staple for me

  9. Unsubscribed. Just another social media flake who keeps promising things and then never delivers…
    Before people ark up… yes she does "owe" us… we've all paid for her house! Our soul paid by watching shitty adverts and ive paid materially through paying for youtube premium and buying books. Why promise your followers, viewers and interested parties and then flake out? Yeah yeah… there's always an excuse…
    All the shopping has tired her out but she throws us a few crumbs to keep the bank roll going. These flakes don't care about us, its all about them… covert narcissists!! ALL OF THEM!!

    PS De-thaw means to freeze. Thaw is to unfreeze. lol You're by far not the only that chronically get this wrong.

  11. I did the MWL plan the month of October and felt amazing. I lost a few pounds and inches, and ate no oil or fat for an entire month. But then come November I went on a junk food vegan binge and now im so bloated and look like I gained 10 pounds and im all puffy. My period is also a week late (not pregnant). I'm so disappointed in myself and frustrated. Could I be having hormone issues? Time to start it again.
