  1. I see your program is plant based but I do see little fruit being used. Do you restrict fruit for weight loss mode?

  3. I would like to see videos on meals that show portions of all the 4 groups. I've been plant base going on 3 years and initially I lost 25 lbs but I can't get the last 25 lb off. I keep reading that when your WFPB you don't need to count calories – I now realize that I should not have been eating oil, even though all the plant based books and recipes i found all had oil in them except "How not to die" . I loved the videos with your Mother as I am the same age. I would love to be coached by you but I already know I couldn't afford it. You have great information that I haven't seen before. I just finished the starch solution so I am hoping incorporating these new ideas it will work.

I have been following your whole food plant based diet since last year and I have lost 40 pounds, but in the last few months my hair has been falling out like crazy, I am thinking it is for lack of protein, can you please tell me what supplements you are taking that can prevent or stop this from happening?
