  1. I have been trying to lose weight with different diet plans. I also tried Weight Watchers.. Didn’t really help much but it was a good start. I was recommended by a friend to try Vanguard Formulas. I’ve been taking before my meals with regular exercise. I can see the weight is coming off! My goal is 30 lbs and I am halfway there =) Google it see if it helps you~~

  2. Hi maddy did u know that boiling water kills the nutrition in aloe and essential vitamins anyway u are amazing try hot water just not boiling
