  1. Keto and OMAD combined for amazing health and results. Three day or longer fast once a month. DASH is a horrible diet. You don’t want to restrict sodium or good fats. High levels of blood glucose cause diabetes and heart problems, not salt and cholesterol. Eliminate carbs or severely restrict them. Watching her put that juice in the cart at the end was cringeworthy.
