DAY ONE-LOW CARB

BREAKFAST-DAY ONE
・2 Baked Eggs with an Avocado, 1 Link of Chicken Apple Sausage

LUNCH-DAY ONE
・Cobb Salad with tomato, cucumber, hard boiled egg, turkey bacon and grilled chicken

SNACK-DAY ONE
・Low carb smoothie:
½ cup unsweetened almond milk, 1 Tbs almond butter, ½ scoop protein powder, and ice. Sometimes I also add cacao nibs and chia seeds.
・Cashews (¼ cup)

DINNER-DAY ONE
・IKEA Chicken Meatballs
・Steamed Broccoli

DAY TWO

BREAKFAST-DAY TWO
・Smoothie
-2 cups unsweetened almond milk, 1 cup blueberries , 1 banana, 2 TBS honey, 2 scoops protein powder. 4 TBS chia seeds, 4 TBS almond butter powder

LUNCH -DAY TWO
・Turkey Sandwich on Udi’s Delicious Soft White Bread
・Hearts of Palm with Balsamic Vinegar

DINNER
・Chicken Milanese
Dip chicken in almond milk, then either gluten free flour or gluten free panko crumbs, then saute in a pan with lots of olive oil
・Chickpea Pasta with Olive Oil and Parmesan Cheese
Pasta mixed with ⅔ cup grated parmesan and ⅔ cup olive oil

  1. Ashley asked my question. I was interested until I found out it’s gluten and dairy free. Why… if a lifestyle change and not a diet. I’ve had gluten free products and they are not great. Can you do this without GF DF?

  4. The bread? What kind was it? And the chicken that looked fried omg looks delicious!!!!! I will watch the video again to get the recipe to that chicken.

  5. Very interesting but if you eat your breakfast at noon, what time is lunch and then dinner. I am interested in a program like this but not sure if I could follow through. I haven't exercised in a long time due to medical issues. Would love for you to do more of what you eat in a day. This would help me at least in that area.
