Veggies in Dijon Sauce

2-3 cups frozen or fresh green beans (or broccoli or asparagus)
1 & 1/2 cups cooked rice
1 TBS dijon mustard
2 TBS maple syrup
2 TBS coconut aminos
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
Pinch ground black pepper
1/4 cup water

Prepare the rice as per package instructions.

In a frying pan, cook 2-3 cups green beans (or other vegetable of choice) on medium heat. Water sauté until cooked through.

Meanwhile, whisk together all remaining ingredients except in a small bowl. To create the sauce.

Drizzle sauce over the vegetables once they’re cooked through, then cook until sauce is bubbly and warm.

Serve vegetables over rice.

  3. Just found you. So excited to try the recipes. I’m just starting… I’ve just read the starch solution so I have a question. I didn’t see you eating a green or soup or fruit before your meals and I didn’t see a tone of potatoes. I’m curious why? And also do you feel you still loose weight with them? I have a lot to loose so any advice would help so much!! Once again thanks for the video it was so helpful 😀

  4. Dont have white rice but have brown rice if you want to feel better on this diet. Also avoid cacao due to caffeine in them.
