Veggies in Dijon Sauce
2-3 cups frozen or fresh green beans (or broccoli or asparagus)
1 & 1/2 cups cooked rice
1 TBS dijon mustard
2 TBS maple syrup
2 TBS coconut aminos
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
Pinch ground black pepper
1/4 cup water
Prepare the rice as per package instructions.
In a frying pan, cook 2-3 cups green beans (or other vegetable of choice) on medium heat. Water sauté until cooked through.
Meanwhile, whisk together all remaining ingredients except in a small bowl. To create the sauce.
Drizzle sauce over the vegetables once they’re cooked through, then cook until sauce is bubbly and warm.
Serve vegetables over rice.
