  8. Hi and I'm so glad to find your videos! I'd like to ask you, what is a non-dairy milk you can recommend< or do we even NEED a milk option at all. I am having a lot of stmach issues with milk / dairy so. I thought it would be a really good idea to avoid the dairy, so, I have tried many non-dairy options and to be honest I don't really love many of them…but I could of course try to , 'learn' to like them. Would like to know your thoughts!
