Would you please tell me how you calculated your caloric needs? There are so many calculators out there so I was wondering if you had one you like or is it the My Fitness Pal app?

  2. Hi. Just found your channel. Great content. Keep posting! I be been so confused with different protocols for post menopausal women my brain is fried. I’ve always eaten small meals throughout the day and it always worked for me. However menopausal food allergies with a host of other things,things changed. I heard only three meals a day were better, no snacking because we become insulin resistant. I gained more weight in year than i have been my whole life when i was able to maintain my figure perfectly eating small meals.

    I have implemented IF and my question is what is your recommendation for meal spacing when eating 11 to 7 or 12 to 8 ? And what time is recommended for weight training while IF, during fasted state or after the first meal? Thank you for your time and videos!
