  1. Look up the tree ingredients in the bread you showed in this video, these ingredients are rice flour, soy and canola oil. Canola oil is inflammatory. There are lots of research done on this type of oils. If you are trying to improve your health gut, inflammations, etc., so why eat bread at all? I'm not judging, just trying to make you aware of these ingredients. If you are going to eat soy, try to buy organic food that contains organic soy. If you really can't quit bread, then I suggest looking into EZEkIEL bread.

  2. If you wanna cut out all “gluten” like protein molecules from your diet and reduce inflammation completely you need to stop eating nightshades. All of them. Nightshades have lectins. A protein molecule just like gluten. Also instead of free range eggs buy pasture raised eggs. These chicken eat bugs in the field. Free range chickens still eat corn. Corn is a nightshade. Finally, wheat is the biggest lectin offender. No gluten bread that’s made of wheat is still gonna give you inflammation. The only bread that doesn’t cause inflammation is made of almond flour, coconut flour, tapioca flour, or cassava flour, nothing that comes from grains. Do this and you’ll health will improve

  3. I personally don’t like couscous unless it’s mixed with spices or curry but those are pretty dishes with all kinds of pretty fruits veggies and nuts in them!
