What I Eat In A Day To Lose 10 Lbs A Month | What I Eat In A Day Calorie Deficit

Hello! In todays video, I take you with me any show you everything I eat in a day to lose weight. I incorporate healthy meals, and treats, including ice cream bars, chips and caramel macchiatos into my daily diet, and no longer struggle with hunger or feelings of deprivation. My current daily calorie goal is 1800, but in this video, I end up consuming closer to 1300, because I skipped a meal due to my busy filming day. Most days I do have a 4th meal, and end up consuming closer to the 1800 calorie mark. I do not usually let my calories go below 1600, as I work out 5 times a week, and work at a labor intensive job, and want to keep my body fueled for my lifestyle.

The goal of this video is to show you guys that dieting does not have to be miserable, and you can still incorporate things you love without going out of your caloric deficit. It’s all about finding balance, listening to your body, and making sure you are structuring your meals in a way that keeps you satisfied throughout the day. For me, this means several small meals, mostly healthy, with treats in between. For others this might mean fasting for breakfast and eating a huge lunch and dinner. But you can STILL eat tacos, you can still have your caramel macchiatos, and you can still eat ice cream, while losing weight. And that is amazing.
