  1. That's right no excuses I worked till my labor started all 9 months and still hitting it meal prep and house clean clean cars etc and run a business with no babysitter. That's how you do it iam more extreme than you but still I love it 😀 people say iam crazy 🤪 my husband just stares with his mouth open.

  2. Now that you said Sriracha sauce doesn't bother baby I will attempt to try some in my foods I am exclusively breastfeeding and baby gets fussy at times. Great meal and snack suggestions.😋

  3. Thanks alot for the video. My baby is 2 months old and i am starting my diet and workout at home again as i gained alot.
    It is easy to lose weight when u are not asian or dont eat asian food. I cant stop mysrlf from eating pakistan and indian food which is all about oil, naan, paratha, biryani and meat or chicken karhahi and kebabs.

  4. So you make separate meals for yourself apart from what your family/kids eat? Everything looks healthy and great, but I wish I had something I could just make for the whole family. With 5 kids, there's always someone (including the hubby) who isn't happy about a meal!

  6. This is so inspirational. I have a 11 week old and a 2 year old and I find it so hard to stay motivated to workout in the mornings. This makes me want to get it done !

  8. Just had a baby almost 2 weeks ago. I’m already down 10lbs with breastfeeding but want to lose another 10 & start working out. Anxiously waiting for my Ob follow up 😅

I haven’t watched YouTube in so long…now ur in a new apartment with a baby girl, congrats 😌 I watched your videos way back when I was looking ideas for meals…you’re so motivating and I can’t wait to catch up with your videos…Blend your coffee with coconut oil (2 tb) vanilla extract (lil sploosh), stevia or raw sugar, sprinkle of cinnamon in a blender/bullet yum!
