3:05 – Kettlebell Goblet Squat (5 sets : 5 reps)

What "radical shirt" store do you shop at? I cant find shirts like your's anywhere. Then again I mainly shop at Walmart and Costco. 🙁

How many times a day would someone recommend to do this workout, I start a new job in about 2 weeks and look like a fat lump at the minute any tips or recommendations much appreciated
i have been completely switched to kettle bells my strength and functioning of my body feel more natural than barbells and dumbbells
I was able to do three sets six reps each. This workout kicked my ass.

I'm 17 and quite out of shape. As I've been wanting to pursue a career in iron working when I graduate, I've got to start laying off food and start shredding my body. I've already been using kettle bells for a while but I've been needing a fat burning workout. thanks!
