  2. I’m gonna do this in the morning for 15 minutes before school and then after school for another 15 minutes, and on the weekend of walk for a straight hour around my room! πŸ˜† I’ll try and keep y’all updated when I start tomorrow morning!!

  3. So this does work. After doing this for a good month, I finally lost a stubborn 2 lbs I just couldn't and I am losing inches in the lower belly. I couldn't do that with other trainers who are very popular here. This works for me and super easy to achieve!!

  4. super quick and challenging workout, though it does not actually burn 100 calories, depending on the difficulty level that you do, it could burn up to around 60-70 calories!
