    It's very concerning to see how many people are commenting that they are underweight and asking if they should do it. The answer is ABSOLUTELY NOT! If you are underweight you should NOT lose any more weight. Your problem is different.

  2. Spot reduction is definitely bs. When I start losing weight it hits my face first. My head is so big since pandemic 😒😏😭 I'm so unhappy 😞

  3. Just become skinny with a low percentage in fat and then u look like u got muscles cause your veins and muscles show cause there no fat kind of cheating the system only seen tall people though who can get like that

  4. i mean from what i know, the chewing things don’t necessarily make you lose weight it makes your jaw muscles more bigger
