  1. Well I did this exercise

    Everything 100 times like
    Criss-cross :-100
    And I saw a change in approximately 4days
    My arms were 13 inches and now they are 11.3 inches
    But I also used to play with my ball those days for 30mins a day(anytime)
    So I will recommend you to do this exercise
