This class is ideal if you want to lose weight and get fit and have time to train before work or during your lunch break. Designed to replicate the feeling of a hill interval training session, this workout gradually ramps up to provide as much resistance as possible in the last few minutes. We can vouch for this turbo class too – we use it regularly!

  3. Really good workout, but judging by the cadence of some of the riders in the video, there wasn’t nearly enough resistance! 😥

  4. that's my fave spinning workout available online. I have done it like 20 times and I always get back to it. Time-efficient, sweaty, and with great motivators – both the whole pelethon but also the music!!

  5. I really enjoy this routine. I have been doing it 3 times a week for a while now. I like it better than the HIIT rides. Those work me hard, but it is just sprint, rest, sprint repeat. This has variety. We know Dan, Matt and Simon from the call outs, but what about the ladies?
