In this video, I’m going to show you how you can drop one size in one week guaranteed. There are five things you need to focus on.

1. Intermittent fasting
This is a powerful technique that will help you lose weight extremely fast. Why? Every time you have a meal or a snack, you raise your insulin levels. When insulin levels are elevated, it’s impossible to lose weight.

Intermittent fasting does not mean eating fewer calories. It simply means that you are going to consume fewer meals. Having two meals a day is ideal for weight loss. This means no snacking in-between. You also want to stick to 3-6 oz per meal, consume lots of vegetables, and have healthy fats.

2. Sleep
Most fat burning occurs when you are in a deep sleep. You cannot lose weight when you’re only getting 5-6 hours of sleep. You need at least 8 hours of sleep. I do stretches and take vitamins before bed to improve my sleep.

4. Exercise
Exercise is obviously an important part of getting healthy and losing weight. High-intensity interval training (HIIT) is amazing for fast weight loss. You want to work out your entire body.

5. Nutrition

  1. I was already planning on doing keto & IF before I saw this video but I’m going to test this out and see if I actually lose a size in a week. I’m 200lbs, 5’1, female, 27yrs. I usually sleep 8-12 hrs daily, no stress in my life, I will incorporate exercise 2-3times a week and walking on the rest of the days, and eat plenty potassium. I’ll see in a week what my results are.
