  2. I’m a meso but I have Imbalance hormones does that mean I have to stop eating so much carbs and instead eat more fat ? Or protein ? Around what percentage should I be eating ?

  3. I found that having carbs on a workout day worked best. I’d have one day in the week where i’d eat carbs & a small desert. I was losing more from that than by restricting foids every day.

  4. I heard some guy lost 12kg in just one month by following diet plan from Agoge Diet so I tried that too. Although I didn't lose that much, I could say this thing really works and it's definitely worth trying

  5. I have always linked word 'diet' with starvation, until I discoverd website Agoge Diet. With their diet plan, I am never hungry and I am still losing weight. Amazing!!!

  6. I usually have to workout on an empty stomach, otherwise I get quesy and or acid reflux….? Wondering how I could eat carbs before weight training.

  8. Thank you for the information, I was going to the gym in a fasted stated and I been on a plateau for a long time. I will eat 15 grams of carbs to see if I break my plateau. And the part of the fats is so true, I could eat carbs and not gain weight, and if I do gain I’ll loose them fast; but if I go overboard with fats, it will take me time to loose the weight. Thank you again for the advice.

  9. You said leptin levels drop if you go too low-carb for too long. Well are there any adverse effects to being high carb most days? I'm a mesomorph too and I'm usually high carb most days, just because I'm a vegetarian and all of my carbs are fruits, veggies, legumes, and whole grain bread. TIA!!

  10. So, too much healthy fat could be why I have a pooch belly?
    I’m 42 years old. Active. 118lbs. But strrriuuuuuugle with my little belly. I just want it gone!!

  11. On point, I recently found out I’m a mesomorph. I’ve been losing weight and gaining weight almost every year I go through the same thing. I had stones in my gallbladder so I had to stop eating fatty foods, so I lowered my fat intake and I lost 50 lbs.
