Thank you for this video I just had my baby and I weighed the same always before very Petite like 120 and at the end gained 168 alot of baby weight is in my stomach now that in home from hospital. Really hate exercise myself so I am going to try the biking with the car seat and swimmin I love that that's all you had to do something u enjoy not forcing a workout at a gym I really appreciate this video and all the great tips even the lunch containers cause I feel like I get do busy not finding myself eating .
