  1. I don't eat sugars, starch, rice, alcohol, fruit juice, sodas, but sugar still spike in spote of intermitent fasting. But I live with a problem of not bvb eing able to eat like normal people, for little of nothing makes me feel full all day. I don't eat enough calories in a day, but I dont feel hungry. Oh I hate junk food, no artificial sweetener. That guy is talking about my brain, but mot how he says.

  2. This raises alot of questions for me so does that mean no fruit since most fruits have natural sugars? So in a short version I just need a list of foods to get rid off i know candy, soda the obvious stuff but what else?

  3. I weighed the most I ever weighed two summers ago and after just taking sugar out of my coffee in the morning (and walking more) I dropped about 20 to 30 pounds. Obviously more needs to be done for myself but it’s a testament to how just cutting even a little sugar out can go a long way. Looking for more ways to burn fat and keeping up a healthy lifestyle!

  4. glucose isnt really the problem fructose is… if you just dont eat stuff that has fructose in it like normal sugar has 1 glucose + 1 fructose = sugar then you have a pretty solid fundation for your diet heck there are even people that only eat meat ya even raw meat and it seems to work for them FOR NOW but what i want to say is dont make it too complicated just avoid fructose you can still eat fruit if you eat it with the fibre

  5. Only thing that is preventing me to lose belly fat is sugar-i am too addictive to chocolate and cookies. I must get rid of that nasty habit but its so damn hard

  6. After a couple of months of an extremely low sugar diet, I can say I no longer crave sugary foods. I don’t even like eating cookies or chips anymore
